- a cool shot of the moon friday night, taken with my new lens, which is hyper-bitchin'
- brickyard friday evening with orange county's scott sanchez and paul d. hot. lots of flies. my first trip out to the yard (or anywhere else in town) since micah's birthday in march. a couple of these shots came out nice, but it was pretty low light so i was pushing the iso
- little cottonwood canyon is bar none, one the finest bouldering areas i've ever been to. i like it even more after this session with ben
- some ok pics of manny, ben and bambino at the pile in big cottonwood before the shindig at romney/edwards headquarters. wide angle is mostly bunk for shooting roped stuff, but it's all i had
- pics of yet another ride with reed, this time up in the angeles crest area. rode from chilao up through horse flats and back. super fun ride, and good to be back through horse flats again
- hoover dan are the best santa barbara rockers since nerfherder. buy their stuff. be happy
videos: all this stuff is 1998-2003
- hocus pocus - this is crap video of the least appealing problem on the beloved magic johnson boulder at the swimming hole, but it still makes me want to cry when i see it, especially since the least appealing problem on this boulder was better than most everything anywhere else
- kristin collins, buttermilking on smooth shrimp back in the road tripping days. actually she's still road tripping. it's a much bigger road though, currently ending in south africa
- whiplash snapper - another whiplash failure at pine mountain. it hurts just watching this
- charlotte's web - kristin again, this time at the brickyard. hiking.
- me and normal guy 'chris leube' took his 4x4 up some "road" in bishop a few years ago and ended up in some nice boulders. here's one of them. normal guy has always been the epidomy of grace under pressure, casually laughing here while negotiating the topout over a less than appealing landing. must explain his success with the ladies
